Hi, I’m Sam, and welcome to my kitchen. I started baking when I was younger by helping my parents in the kitchen. At first, it was just small things, but I quickly grew to really enjoy it and look forward to it. Over time, baking became something I genuinely enjoy doing, not just as a hobby, but as something creative and relaxing. What I like most about baking is how simple ingredients can come together to create something really special. There’s something satisfying about turning everyday ingredients into something warm, homemade, and delicious. I especially enjoy making cookies, particularly by hand. I like being able to feel the dough and work with it directly, it makes the whole process more enjoyable and personal. Right now, this website focuses on simple, beginner-friendly recipes like cookies and cakes. Since this is still a new project, my goal is to keep everything clear, easy to follow, and enjoyable for anyone who wants to try baking at home. As the site grows, I plan to slowly add more intermediate recipes and expand what I share. This site is where I document what I bake and what I learn along the way, and I hope it helps others enjoy baking as much as I do.
